We had a primary party last night at Peggy's house. It felt like fall but hopefully we will warm right back up. I love her yard, the kids got to run and play and jump and climb all over the place. We played Duck, Duck, Goose and ran races and checked out the cool hole that the time capsule will be buried in. The children were given a notebook earlier in the year that was supposed to contain notes from General conference and their testimonies. We gathered these up and are going to put them in a time capsule which will be dug up in five years. Jacob, Mat and Mikkal figured that they would be sixteen. Hopefully their testimonies will be even stronger than they are now. I copied Jacob's before he handed it in. He put down on paper some wonderful thoughts about Seminary when the Seminary kids came to our ward for Sacrament meeting. It is just priceless.
The evening was cold and windy but not rainy. Our presidency prayed all day that we wouldn't have rain so the kids could have a good time. Miracles happen. It was a bit windy as you can tell by the picture below but that didn't slow anyone down. The missionaries came and got introduced to some of the inactive children that are going to take the discussions.
