The Lovell Bulldogs went 5 - 0 after their decisive win over the Greybull Buffs last night in Greybull. The Buffs scored early in the first quarter, the first time this season that the Bulldogs have trailed. Lovell then sucked it up and scored two quick touchdowns to make the score at half time 14 to 6. Dino Collins waltzed through the Greybull line untouched for the first Lovell score. Cody Savage snagged a beautiful pass from Dylan Hultgren in the endzone for the second Lovell TD of the night. The second half was controlled by Lovell where Hunter Hinckley caught a lovely spiral and sprinted the last fifteen yard for another touchdown. Lovell failed to convert a touchdown in the Red Zone in three downs so we opted for a perfectly executed field goal by Cody Savage to boost the score 24 - 6.
Steven Picket got a broken tibia as Hayden Goton from Greybull gator rolled him as Steven went through the line while playing the full back position. They took him off the field by ambulance and he had surgery last night to correct a dislocated ankle and broken bones in the lower leg and foot. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. We will miss Steven, he is a team captain and a senior and has worked really hard over the years to help the Bulldogs get where they are today.
Greybull scored once more in the fourth quarter to make the final score 13 to 24 giving the Lovell Bulldogs another win. GO DOGS!
Mark had some fantastic blocks, amazing runs as fullback and an awesome interception deep in the Greybull endzone. He had a great game and was pretty darn happy when he got home from the game last night.

Mark is a man among boys!
Did you like the video of him running the ball. I thought he was pretty amazing. But you should really keep your eye on number 75. He was blocking for Mark almost the whole way.
