Slide Rock Easter!

We had our traditional Easter egg games and a picnic out at slide rock this morning. It was lots of fun. Molly really had a good time running around and eating way too many boiled eggs. Slide rock is a place in the sand hills between Cowley and Byron. Usually we get to slide down the sandstone rocks on card board but there was quite a bit of rain last night so .... No sliding happened. We have a contest to see who can roll their egg down the rocks and keep their egg intact. Ethan won this year but I hereby give the prize of having the most fun to Kelvin. He just kept grabbing eggs and rolling, rolling, rolling. After the egg roll contest we had the raw egg toss. I teamed up with Jacob and we ended up taking second. Kim and Mandy won. They are very competitive, sometimes you just need to know when to NOT go for the egg.
