Mark's Testimony

Mark just sent me a wonderful email. I had asked him if he thought he had changed for this year that he has been on a mission. Here is his reply.

"We got to attend the temple today. i love going through the temple and hearing the blessings and the promises. this is such a wonderful gospel.
yes i have changed on my mission. i did a lot of changing in the first 3 months. and now well im still changing but it is a little harder to describe. my focus, my reason for serving,
i know i chose to serve a mission so that i could serve the lord. but its much more now. it has a deeper meaning. my love for the lord has grown. my love for gods children has grown. it is more than serving the lord because i want to and that i love him. it is that and more. and i am not sure how to put it into words.
over the past year my testimony and faith have been tried and tested. i know that Jesus Christ is the savior and redeemer of the world. he is the creator of  this earth. and he loves each of us and wants to have a personal relationship with us. God the father has great hopes and desires for each of us. he wants us to be happy and give us blessings. and to continualy instruct and teach us. and to help us progress for ever and ever.  i know that this church is the lords kingdom once again established on the earth. that only through the restored gospel of Jesus Christ we can receive forgiveness of our sins and eternal life in the world to come. there is no other way nor name given. it is only through Jesus Christ.
i love you i hope you have a wonderful day and week. life is short. work hard. ELDER GRANT"

Mark is the one on the far left just in case you didn't recognize him.;)
